The entire East Preston Youth Football Club is run by volunteers.

Would you like to help?

There are many opportunities to help and for many roles no experience is needed. There are also many courses and qualifications available from the FA should you wish to get more involved, from coaching courses, to welfare and medical training.

Currently we are looking for:

 

Team Secretaries

• Invitations for games with time / date and location to guardians

• Updates sent out to guardians for game amendments

• Inform opponents of  home game via text or email before or on the Wednesday before the match.

• Receive opponent notification of away game Wednesday before the match

• Messaging to guardians re time or day changes to training

• General calendar manager for the team

• Requesting and booking friendlies identified by manager

• Pitch requests to EP secretary for home games

 

Managers

• Team line up

• Formation

• Identifying tournaments and friendlies

• Match stats entered into matchday app before the end of the day of the match

 

Coaches

• Planning of training session

• Implementing training

• Guiding assistant coaches and explaining what you wish them to do at the beginning of each session

 

Coaching Assistants

• Assisting the coach at training as requested and explained by the coach

 

Match Day Helpers

• Helping set up and take down the flags, goals and respect lines

 

Tea Bar Assistants

• Helping in our tea bar during matches and training
